WE DO NOT HAVE ON-LINE ORDERING. Everyone thinks it's a convenience to order on-line, but it also means your credit card account is charged immediately. By not using on-line ordering we have time to verify color, size, and finish options; or special ship to and delivery information; or obtain a freight quote. Once everything is answered, then we process your order.

We accept orders by phone Monday-Friday, or fax or email anytime.

• If you have open credit with PFP it means your company has agreed to pay our invoice within 30 days from the product ship date, not the date received at your business.

• These terms are extended to U.S. government agencies, hospitals, schools, libraries and certain recognized businesses.

• If you do not have NET 30 terms with PFP you can prepay by check or credit card.

• Custom orders require a 50% deposit.


• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express cards, checks and approved purchase orders.
• Include your check, or credit card information with your completed order form. Include your daytime telephone number.


• Submit the application for an open account with NET 30 terms after your company has completed  $1,000.00 in orders with PFP.

• Provide 4 credit references, a bank reference, telephone & fax numbers, and a contact name for each. Allow 4 weeks for processing.


• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Matching prices is possible if you find an identical, U.S.-warranted product, confirmed in stock, and have proof of the offer, fax or email the literature to PFP and we’ll match it. Does not apply to Internet or sale prices.

• Multiply quantity x shipping charge each.

• Freight charges in the catalog include delivery only to a loading dock or a street level door

• Ask for a freight quote for inside delivery, removing crating, and other extra services with additional charges
